The first step of home buying is setting up an informal meeting with our team at Spencer Real Estate Group. Talk to a lender about what financing options make the most sense for your situation. If you don't already have a lender in mind, give us a call and we would be happy to refer you to any number of local lenders that Spencer Real Estate Group agents and clients have worked with in the past. 


Once the Spencer Real Estate Group team knows what you are looking for in a home, we will enter the criteria along with your email address in the MLS. As soon as a home matching your search comes on the market, you will receive an email with the listing. When you see a listing that you'd like to see, give us a call and we'll schedule a showing that works with your schedule.


Showings are an opportunity for you and your agent to walk through properties that interest you. Keep in mind that the good homes go quickly so if you see a property that you would like to check out, call an agent at Spencer Real Estate Group and we will schedule a showing as soon as possible!     


When you find the home you love, it's time to write an offer! The Spencer Real Estate Group team will handle all of the paperwork and negotiations while keeping you informed and involved throughout the process.
